This Cancellation Policy outlines how users can cancel their subscriptions to UpriseHR, a SaaS platform provided by Uprise Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in Uttar Pradesh, India.
By subscribing to our Monthly or Yearly plans, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1. General Terms
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting hello.uprisehr@gmail.com.
- Cancellations do not result in immediate service termination. Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a subscription, as outlined in our [Refund Policy].
2. Monthly Subscription
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing month.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation, but your account will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
3. Yearly Subscription
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing year.
- The subscription will not auto-renew after the end of the year.
- You will retain access to the platform until your yearly plan expires.
- No pro-rata refunds or credits will be issued for early cancellation.
4. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. To stop future billing:
- Monthly users must cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
- Yearly users must cancel at least one day before the renewal date.
5. Account Termination
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all data after cancellation, you may contact us at hello.uprisehr@gmail.com. Account deletion is irreversible.
